My therapist, Allison, is fantastic! She actually listened to me...I felt heard. She gave me exercises to do and had me demonstrate to her that I was doing them correctly. I can't wait to go back and see her.

I had a great first appointment at Cayuga health for physical therapy. Lindsey was AWESOME and very thorough! She explained everything extremely well and in detail. I left my appointment feeling empowered and with next steps for recovery.

Excellent physical therapy at Cayuga Medical. Lindsay has been knowledgeable and encouraging in helping me rehab from a total hip replacement. She's also given me great ideas for continuing exercises.

Laura is a wonderful physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable on many different ways to provide relief for the area that hurts on my arm. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She genuinely cares. I would keep her :-)
