I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Garcia and her entire team. The procedure I received has brought me immense physical and mental security that will last my entire lifetime, and I truly can't put into words how much that means to me. Everyone has been respectful and professional from the start, and I never had any doubts of the quality of my care. Something in particular that really stood out to me was for my first visit, I was telling the nurse (whose name I unfortunately forgot) my history with disordered eating, among other things. When it was time to be weighed, she asked me if I was comfortable being weighed today, I said yes, and she said I can step on the scale backwards so I don't need to see it, and she didn't tell me what it was. Honestly, my weight isn't even something I'm particularly sensitive towards but the courtesy and thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me and I really appreciated it. A lot of other medical offices don't really care, or you tell them about your history with ED and then your weight is front and center on your visit summary papers when you leave. Instead, the staff here is careful and considerate; I have been asked if I am comfortable being weighed at every visit and I always am, but I always appreciate that they ask.

I have had excellent experiences going to Dr. Garcia's. She is very good at explaining the information & always asks if I have any questions. I would certainly recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone needing her services.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. After receiving a bill from ROBGYN last year that should have been taken care of by my insurance (I have great, federal employee insurance) I called Monica Smith in the billing department. I had to call over and over and over. I sent her multiple emails WITH my insurance cards telling her to take care of the bill. She finally answered and told me that she would have the bill taken care of. A few weeks later I received a collections notice regarding this bill. I called Monica over and over and sent her another email. She sent an email back saying that she would take care of it again (this was in March 2021). Today I received a notification that my credit score has gone down 24 points and I have a derogatory mark on my account that will not go away for 7 years unless this gets taken care of. I called Monica over and over again today and when she answered she had no excuse as to why my bill had not been paid. I have contacted my lawyer and we have a strong case against ROBGYN. I have emails with dates and proof of calls. This needs to be taken care of by Monday May 10th 2021 and I want a personal phone call letting me know that’s it’s been resolved. I am truly disgusted with the treatment I have received from her and the lack of concern for my financial well being. My husband and I are trying to buy a home for our family and her negligence has cost me my good credit score. ROBGYN should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they understand the impact that this employees actions have had on my life personally. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Complete scam. Was overcharged TWICE within a month. The first time I went in for my annual but was a bit early so I had to reschedule. Was charged $60 to be told to reschedule my appointment? Ridiculous. They thankfully dropped that charge after I called. I went in for my new appointment and was charged AGAIN for my annual. They claim that if you state you are in pain (mine was unrelated to OBGYN) you will be charged for an office visit! I now have THREE different bills for their negligence. The Dr. I saw was quick with the visit and definitely not worth paying $200 for a 5 minute visit. The nurses cared more about talking to each other rather than letting me know what they were doing to my body. I have never experienced such unprofessional, rude people in my life. Customer service even had the audacity to argue with me about the facts. Completely appalled by their malpractice.
