List of Mohammad F Ali's Reviews
I have had 2 procedures down with Dr. Ali. He is excellent. He listens, explains and is very thorough. His staff are also excellent. I have complete confidence in Dr. Ali, his associate Brianna Hansen PA, and his team.

This man has failed me as a G.P year after year. He doesn't deserve to run his practice. I've file a complaint against him. Quite frankly a couple of teenagers with smartphones could probably provide better care than he and his team.

Dr. Mohamad is extremely unprofessional. He is never in the office. He will not provide paper prescriptions, he tells you to have your pharmacy fax his office requesting that they fax your prescription over. Than they don't fax all your prescriptions to pharmacy. When you call pharmacy for a refill they then fax him only to find out he's gone for a few days. I'm than left with the only option of either going without till he gets back, or going to the hospital and waiting all night. Because many of my prescription are narcotics and walk in clinic won't fill them. I was with the another Dr. For 45 years never had these issues, but my Dr. Retired now I'm stuck with this guy, till I can find someone else. He also cut my pain meds by more than half, against my protest, even though my old dr. Had me on them for over 10 years. I have a slipped disk in my neck, sever arthritis in my knees back and shoulders. I have diabetes. And I'm suffering from obesity. Would he take this into account no. He says use extra strength tylenol. If that worked, would my old dr. Have prescribed me a powerful narcotic for over 10 years? Dr. Mohamad is not a Dr. I'd ever recommend.

I could not have gotten through my husband's critical illness from 2001-2009 without Dr. Ali. He supported me through everything that happened. My husband's care was transferred to the doctor at Hospice Niagara in the final stages of his illness, but until then, Dr. Ali was very patient and understanding. I don't like the long wait times to see him, but I have no desire to search elsewhere for a family physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
