With an impatient and patronizing demeanor, Dr. David Lin needs to make some serious improvement to his bedside manner. Despite his bio, he does not seem to have a modern understanding of GI issues like Celiac. He appears to operate on a binary like a computer. One of the worst visits i have ever had with a doctor. Condescending, arrogant and rude. Barely showed any interest to help, with an impressive background like his i was expecting the complete opposite. Very very disappointing.

He's a great doctor. Highly intelligent and data-driven but no ego and a good listener. I highly recommend him if you want a gastroenterologist that is up to date on the cutting edge of gastroenterology.

Dr Lin was very professional. Answered my questions and answered in a lingo I could understand. However, his staff, particularly the front desk needs to go shopping for personalities. The nurse was also very good

He was an arrogant nasty doctor that I’ve ever met had the worst time in that office he only put me down as I was crying and trying to figure out my sickness that I’ve had in the last seven months and felt helpless please do not use him I advise you disgusting

Polyps found during recent routine colonoscopy, have them every 5 years due to family history and cancer death. Always received communication after all other procedures over the years to let me know that all was fine. For recent procedure, first time polyps were found, never received communication about benign or malignant so I called them. Medical assistant was rude and cut me off many times during conversation, "we don't call, that's your responsibility to call us." I tried to explain that my sister died of cancer because her doctor didn't call her so I am very specific about communication. "It's not my fault, that's not my job, goodbye." Dr. Lin is excellent, but he needs to speak with his medical assistant.

Dr. Lin went above and beyond when he discovered a very urgent health problem in me. I cannot say enough about his excellence. As my primary phys. said Dr. Lin will take good care of you. And he did.
