Would not recommend if you’re a bit late because of traffic or anything they won’t see you. Drove 40 mins just to be turned away. What a joke. Josephine the assistant in front didn’t even Want to hear me out. I’m not from the area and they’re the only gynecologist that takes my insurance. Wasted my time and gas. I’m not from this area I just recently moved up here. What a joke this place is. I live in New Windsor. People like her don’t know the hell it was to get myself here. She doesn’t know the reason why I’m here and how much it took out of me to get here. I told her I had to see the doctor. She doesn’t know why but she still turned me away. And told me to reschedule. I took off today to get seen. That’s a waste of my day off. She doesn’t know what kind of problems you’re having. I’m so disappointed in this place.

I went into labor in the middle of the night and couldn't make it to the planned hospital. Dr. Hemmerdinger saved my life, with no records or prior knowledge of me. We were rushed to an emergency c-section at 34 weeks and even after complications, my daughter and I were well and safe after the procedures. She was calm, collected and very caring throughout the whole process. I switched over to her as my OBGYN because of the love, honesty, and great information that she provides.

I Had an unnecessary C-section because she had 4 other patients who were in labor. she said she had other patients to tend to and I wasn't dilating fast enough for her. not even 1 hour went by when she said that. she said, "it's been 1 hour and baby can't be in that long since I broke your water". Baby was fine and wasn't in distress and she said the C-section would be quicker so I listened because I was worried and didn't know any better back then. I've since has two natural births and until this day I know that my C-section wasn't necessary. She also didn't stitch me correctly because my stitches opened up right away in the hospital then again the day after I went home. I had to have a nurse come to my house every day for a few weeks to pack up the hole that had opened where my stiches didn't stay. She may seem caring at first, but everyone who I've spoken to about this doctor says the same thing, she pushes for a C-section because it's quicker and more money in her pocket!

Dr. Bohn delivered my second child. She helped me with managing a post cesarian birth from the first child and respected my wishes to attempt vaginal birth. As it was we were getting too close to the due date with no natural birth and we went ahead with the c-section. I found Dr. Bohn to be supportive and conscientious with the post birth checkups as well. She is an excellent and caring doctor.

Dr. Bohn is a really great doctor. OF all the doctor in the practice we used, she was our favorite. With quiet confidence, excellent listening skills and caring attention, she delivered our second child by csection and provided conscienceous follow up

Dr. Bohn is the best doctor I have ever had. She was sincerely excited for me when I was pregnant even when I was not (I had had multiple miscarriages). When her colleague gave a poor explanation of test results that had me worried, I asked for her to call me and she explained it so simply and made me realize the results were good. When she and her colleagues recommended a medication I was concerned about, she researched it that day and told me the next day I was corret to be concerned and that the medical team was not making the correct recommendation!

Dr. Bohn is great she's sweet and caring she takes her time and doesn't rush you off, she is the the perfect doctor to have during the pregnancy experience.

i had an appointment last year with Dr Bohn, she was very nice and professional but I came to her office 2 weeks ago to get a blood pregnancy test and walked in at 4:10, the staff looked bored to see me as it look like there were no other patients left. 2 weeks later, after leaving numerous voicemail messages to get my results back, I still don't have it ! Today, I called to get my medical record because I decided to switched for an other practice and the secretary was so rude on the phone ! Overall I think she is a good doctor but needs to change her office staff because that's the reason I'm leaving the practice.

Dr. Bohn is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. She is considerate, attentive and super organized. You will not find a better doctor in all of NYC. I was not her patient, but had an emergency and needed medecide. She fit me in and helped me. She also provided me emotional support over the phone when I was not feeling well.

Dr. Bohn is truly an exceptional doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner which I think is very hard to find in a doctor these days. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to show them that she does.
