Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Christina Roosa's Reviews
She is way to jam packed with patients. I was rushed and told my appt was only 15 mins so I had to hurry. She wouldn't treat me for what needed to be treated. Takes months to get in with her. Takes a week to get a call back from her nurse. Do not recommend.
Good knowledgeable doctor who spends time with her patients.
Dr. Roosa always treats me with dignity and respect. She takes the time to fully listen to me during visits. And is able to make accurate assessments because of that.
Rude and incompetent reception staff. Over one month trying to get medication refilled and they have no idea how to send it to the pharmaceutical company (AstraZeneca's patient assistance program), even after AstraZeneca representative called them. Their fax machine does not appear to work either (3 requests were faxed to them, none of which were received, even though number was verified). It has been a full month since I placed the refill request and approximately 12 hours on the phone during that month! I still do not have my prescription refilled. The staff is a combination of rude, dismissive, uncaring, and totally incompetent. I would advise people to stay away from Universal Primary Care. I hope this isn't the future of health care in America!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
