The staff was very helpful and I was able to get the help I needed
I went back two times with in 48 hours after being swabbed and tested for Covid and FLU because bad ear and throat pain. my ears and throat was examined until the second visit. When i went back a different doctor took care of me. He began saying why i had to wait for symptoms to go away 7- 10 days. I explained my ears hurt 2 times and he finally checked them two times and saw how bad of ear infection i have. He prescribed 875 mg of amoxicillan I was relived but upset. Im sitting home two days from work with no medication for my ear infections. .
PA Carlos Rios handles people like cattle; cold and uncaring - does only what is absolutely necessary and nothing more. He didn't even take a proper PCR swab since LabCorp's report stated it was "Indeterminate" and to retest. I needed this info to clear me for an upcoming surgery. The assistants in the back are the same way and worse when you call for results. I'd give a ZERO STARS but that choice isn't offered. So One Star it has to be. Go to the Northwell Health Walk In by Texas Roadhouse! They ARE awesome!
Great service -great staff -convenient
Such a great facility treating my disabled and non berbal daughter with patience and compassion and making her comfortable and respected. Highly recommend over other urgent care facilities. Never again will I bring my daughter to any other urgent care
Cost me $225 to get my blood pressure reading and a lecture on smoking only to be told they couldn't help me out quitting and I should have the problem I was in there for looked at by someone? I had to go to someone else in thier network only to be charged again only more and they even snuck in a hearing test I didn't need and charged me for that as well. $900 for a sore throat and a prescription.
always a good experience; great Dr.'s .. short wait time; follow up call; they have become my primary care. Except now that I update this… I got a dr who did nothing but spew tired Covet narrative. … test me for neg for covet 2x (why???? They have STUPID covet narrative still going on. Omfg in 9-23 they still are talking about boosters. For what? They left me with a chest infection …. I’m here at 9:00 am on s Saturday because I’m pissed and they better give some antibiotics. I have lost respect for this place and the medical profession fir their STUPIDITY and their ridiculous Covet Narrative
M. Maxwell was dr who wouldn’t stop with covet narrative and then denied me antibiotics. Said no asthmatics get antibiotics. So I don’t think I’ll return if she is there. Her statements about Covid and boosters (oh my God they still want us to get boosters!!!) are insane and illogical. I tested negative for covet she wanted to do a more comprehensive test to make sure I didn’t have it and mentioned quarantine time … YES!!! COVET NARATIVE!!! Then a denial of basic meds
The stupid dr who said I had ring worm was completely wrong! Didn’t even look or feel like ringworm! Had to go to a different dr and he said that’s definitely not ringworm it’s a bacterial infection from a wound / cut! What a waste of time and money! Maybe she should go back to medical school!
Good service!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
