Getting an appointment is very difficult. Staff is very comfortable forwarding your call to another employees answering machine that will not lead to a call back.

I hate the waiting times, they expect you to have hours of your time to sit inside the waiting room, & exam room, & actually talk to a real person for about 5 mins. this is what we expect when we have Medicaid? The only plus side is that Lisa is amazing & probably one of the only people who care.

The dental staff there is the worst I have EVER experienced. Very rude and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend to anyone. (Especially if you have special needs children)

I had a great experience at The Chautauqua Center! I went in for a work physical. I was seen promptly and was very pleased with Jennifer Wilcox, the NP, and Elaine the nurse who were very personable. Jennifer spent a lot of time with me, and ordered blood work for an unrelated concern I brought up during my appointment. I have already recommended to others!

Long wait in waiting room. Drs do not seem to care or really listen to you at all. Whether it's the counselor, physician, psychiatrist or dentist. They're always in a hurry to get you out without truly helping you with your complaint after you wait so long. They rarely return calls & are slow to make follow up appts. or appts. with other organizations.

I really wish I could leave less stars. I have never had a good experience with ANY part of this doctors office. Not the primary care, dental, or mental health. They don't care about their patients at all. My wife sat in the waiting room for an HOUR waiting for her therapist, (guess who was there on time) just for her to rush her back out the door in less than a half an hour. Today I had an appointment scheduled for a dental appointment for a filling. It hadn't even been a full 2 weeks since they initially set up the appointment, in person, they even handed me a card at my original appointment, with my appointment date and time written on it. When I walked in today they told me they had no record of any appointments and they couldn't schedule me a new one and I would have to call the doctor later. I 100% do not plan on EVER doing that. This was all after they made a big deal about me missing one appointment, and not calling ahead early enough, and being rude to me and also trying to rush me out. This place is a joke, if you would like to actually get service from a medical professional, I would go elsewhere.
