LandMark Health is one of the BEST health agency I have ever had.They call in between appointments just to check in and see how you are doing and if I need anything addressed with them.They come to your home for well checks, out of hospital care, wound care, xrays, suturing and report to your Dr that they have called and or come by, plus so much more.They have many professionals that can assist you. For example: I am a diabetic and requested a nutritionist to help me with meal planning to stay on top of my diabetic glucose levels. She sends out information of foods that are acceptable for a diabetic as well a my need to control low Sodium diet.For meal planning she suggested I install an app called my fitness pal. This is one of the best meal planning app I have ever had.LandMark Health is one of the BEST health agency I have ever had.They call in between appointments just to check in and see how you are doing and if I need anything addressed with them. …More

Sheryl is a sweetheart. Never fails to answer my questions, explains my "health grade", when she'll be back again and usually has some new info I didn't know about re. my insurance, doctor visits, etc. I've found the same level of care with all the NPs who have come.
