I went to my second appointment and didn't speak to the original provider once. I wasn't asked if I was okay with being treated by an intern. This intern treated the wrong arm, didn't believe me when I told him which wrist was the affected one. He didn't apply enough pressure to work out the knots in my muscles which was very uncomfortable because it was like a massage I didn't consent to. I think if the doctor brought the intern in, introduced him, and supervised him to start it would have been fine. He would have been there to help the intern with which arm was the correct one and with applying the right amount of pressure. Not the interns fault, he was very professional and this could have been a learning experience for him if we weren't thrown to the wolves like that. They wanted me to come in twice a week, and at $60 a session, but I had no idea if I was ever going to see the fully credentialed provider again because I was left in the dark, so I didn't go back.

I highly recommend this place. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I was assigned to Emily, Brandon, and Susan, they are amazing. They saved my back.

Well after being off my feet for over 2 months I'm ready to get my life back. So next step is physical therapy. No hesitation here. I knew exactly who to call. Buffalo Rehab Group. I used their services about 5 years ago and was happy with the results. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I'm currently being seen by Jeff Woodrich and on my last round also by Jeff Long. . Both are caring and dedicated to getting you back to your normal self. Things have changed a bit since my last visit. All your PT exercises are now put on an app for you to use at home. Forget exactly how to do them? Check out the video. Keep track each day of your progress. Any questions? Send them a message. I did this twice and got a response within hours. As a former collegiate athlete I would not recommend this spot, especially if you’re trying to return to sport. I came here following a very bad ankle sprain and did about 3-4 months of PT. About a month after being done, I tore my ACL on the same leg as the sprain. Obviously there’s many contributing factors, but I definitely do not feel like my rehab was properly targeted for me to be sport ready. Strongly suggest you consider elsewhere if you’re a young athlete trying to rehab and return to competitive athletics again. Not to mention, every PT there sees 4 patients simultaneously. Not their fault but if you want one on one care this is not the place to go.

My first time needing Physical Therapy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My Therapist, Emily, is professional and patient. I look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend Buffalo Rehab.
