I recently had an ankle surgery performed by Dr. Pochatko to remove a bump on my ankle. Surgery went great and the recovery was smooth as could be. Literally zero pain afterward. Great bedside manner to boot. Thanks Dr. P!!

Dr. Pochatko is smart, professional, knowledgeable and great at what he does. I would highly recommend him. For the ankle he is the best of the best.

Dr Pochatko is a very good surgeon. I think he is the best around. He did both my bunion surgeries back in 2003. I saw his NP “ Rob” then I saw Shannon Irish the PA. The only complaint I have is there was a miscommunication of where my MRI would occur. The order only stated the interior of my right foot yet I have pain in my ankle on the interior portion and Dr Pochatko stated it should have been for my right foot and ankle. Now must decide if I am having surgery or waiting.

He is by far the best orthopedic MD I have seen in the Buffalo area. He is very compassionate & knowledgeable. I would greatly recommend him to anyone who wants to see on of the best MDs!

As a registered nurse for 33 years I found Dr. Pochatko to have good beside manners and an expert in subject matter. I didn’t feel rushed in any way and his questions were appropriate.

Always the best of service , care , and treatment. Dr Pochatko is absolutely one of the best treating physicians you can ever see. His staff is 5 star as well.

Would never again see this MD. Treats radiology results not the patient. Poor hands on assessment. Wanted to do extra surgical procedures that were risky and totally unnecessary. Different advise at each visit. Following advice from previous visit then told not healing because i really should be doing something different. Denied seeing me 10 days prior. Seems to mack accountability
