Dr. Zinno is a great doctor! Excelsior is fantastic all around, I highly recommend them for any ortho needs… for me it was a broken tibia at the plateau my husband tore a bicep tendon. We were both treated quickly and very well! I am still healing, my husband has now started therapy. Also just saw Dr. Z for 2 troubled shoulders, he’s a great doc! Good personality, knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my crazy questions! I highly recommend him and Excelsior all around!

Dr.Zinno did an amazing job on my right knee. He listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease. It's a month later and my knee is almost 100%. Ask him about PRP and Stem cells, they work! I had a 10mm area where the cartilage was peeled off the bone as result when Buffalo General Rehab dropped me on the floor 4 days after a PSO and fusion surgery.

Extremely happy with the professionalism, service, and knowledge of Excelsior Orthopedics, and Dr. Matthew Zinno, D.O., in particular. He was compassionate, a great listener, and came up with a great plan to help me heal. I love the way the whole staff complements each other in empathy, kindness, and efficiency. Long lines are a breeze up front. Waiting in each section is short, even when forms need to be done and x-rays taken. Other practices could learn from how well this place is run.
