I just don’t think Doc communicates enough to the parent on progress, especially near the end of the treatment. In February he said everything looks good, a couple more adjustments and she’s good. I asked two months later when she’ll get braces off and he was short with me and said let’s just say sometime this year. Recent visit gave her rubber bands to hasten the process which is fine but maybe explain to her and me what he’s trying to do. I looked it up and determined it was probably for alignment issues. I would have liked for him to just talk to us and explain what was going on with her teeth so I could better understand the treatment plan and timeline. She left crying because she was frustrated about not understanding what her treatment timeline will be.
