I recently placed a call regarding a client who stays at Elm York. The receptionist is very nasty and rude by the name of Tanya. She told me not to call and hung up immediately after not addressing the issue I brought up.

My recent stay at Elm york was nothing short of heartwarming. From the people I met to the services provided, it was an experience worth sharing. Firstly, the staff here are incredibly friendly, and their genuine care shines through. Whether it was the welcoming administration, diligent housekeeping, attentive nurses, or capable management, everyone did their job exceptionally well. One delightful surprise was the food; it's both delicious and healthy, tailored to individual tastes. The thoughtfulness in the menu choices truly impressed me. My room was a comfortable oasis with a cozy bed and a TV stocked with various channels. A good night's sleep was guaranteed. The case managers, Sara and Leo, were the real gems. They were patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Sadly, it's time to bid adieu as I miss my family and must care for my grandkids. But I leave with gratitude for the wonderful experience and fond memories of my stay.

I've lived at Elm York Assisted Living for over a year now, and I can honestly say that it's the best place I've ever lived. The administration and staff members are so friendly and caring. They always go out of their way to make sure that I'm happy and comfortable. I especially want to thank Alla, the head of administration. She's truly an angel. She's always there to listen to me and help me with whatever I need. She's also a great leader, and she runs Elm York with compassion and respect. I also love the food at Elm York. It's always delicious and nutritious. The chef and his team do an amazing job. All of the staff members at Elm York are very helpful and respectful. They're always there to lend a hand, and they always treat me with dignity. I feel so lucky to have such wonderful people in my life. I've seen many people come and go from Elm York, and I've always been impressed with how the staff cares for them. They make sure that everyone feels at home and loved. If you're looking for a place to live or you're trying to find a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Elm York Assisted Living. It's a truly special place.

Since 2020, Elm York Assisted Living has become more than just a place I reside—it has become my cherished home. I cannot express how truly grateful I am to be a part of this extraordinary community. The staff at Elm York consistently goes above and beyond, touching the hearts of each resident with their unwavering dedication and personalized care. The tidiness is flawless, and the food is a delightful delight for the palate even though some dishes I wouldn't suggest. The staff takes special care to cater to individual dietary requirements, ensuring that every resident's needs are met with utmost attention and care. It's truly a joyous experience to savor each meal in such a welcoming environment. In addition, I must say that that I am astonished by how the covid procedure is done here. Everything is sanitized daily, and we are required to wear masks and practice social distancing. All the residents, including myself, are tested to ensure the spread of Covid does not escalate in the facility. For those who are tested positive, they are immediately isolated and monitored by on-site nurses and doctors. Elm York ensure that all of their staff and visitors that enters the building does a covid screening of temperature and questionnaires to ensure other residents safety. I must give a heartfelt mention to the remarkable Case Management team. Their professionalism and compassion shine through as they address personal and physical concerns with genuine care. Elm York's Case Management has been an invaluable resource, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. Their expertise and support are the pillars of my contentment here. The Nursing and Medication departments are the life force of this exceptional community. They are always there, ready to provide the utmost care and attention to both my mental and physical well-being. In times of urgency, their competence and efficiency are unwavering, revealing their true nature as champions of emergency assistance. Administration Alla Barakov and Assistant Administrator Sean Tohill create an atmosphere of care and support that feels like family. Their attention to detail and kindness make every resident feel valued. Any challenges, such as occasional elevator breakdowns, are promptly addressed and resolved. I wholeheartedly recommend Elm York Assisted Living to anyone seeking such a facility. The care, attentive staff, and outstanding leadership come together to form an environment where genuine belonging is fostered. Here, I have found a true haven to call home.

As a resident here at Elm York, I am very appreciative of having a Bible Class that is on every Sundays at 2:30pm. I would like to thank the staff and Administrator for allowing this event. Also, the staff members who works tirelessly to support us in our needs. I would also like to mention how excilent the food is here. They cook the food fresh everyday which i love. And they are so clean and tidy. I do reccomend anyone come here and visit the facility if they want to accommodate their love once here.

My Aunt was a resident there for years. Everyone was professional and accommodating to her needs. The place is always clean, and the staff were always eager to communicate with family members and answer questions. Highly recommend.
