Went for my yearly check up and was treat warmly and professionally by each staff member. I was very impressed by the holistic new survey questionnaire which covers questions relating to mental health, substance abuse, domestic abuse, in addition to the general health questions. The final question, "what would you like to talk to me about today?" was especially helpful for me. It enabled me to write what could have been uncomfortable to bring up in person. Dr. Collins is a very good listener, and addressed all my questions with empathy and her astute experience. I felt I was in very good hands!

Dr. Collins is the best Doctor I have ever met. She is so informative, listens really well and doesn’t judge!! There’s nothing like being able to be open to your doctor. I would cross states for this doctor

Nice doctor but one star because even as a patient its impossible to make an appointment. Once you have one you never know if you will be taken in within 10-15 min or 45 min of waiting as often happened. The reception staff who answer phones and sit at desk are rude and uncaring. I had a death in my family - they were aware of this and showed no sympathy. They were blasting horrible tv programs in waiting area and talking among themselves about some patient making jokes! Once i had to get an exam with nurses (not dr Collins as that required 6 months of waiting) and they were not professional and said i will need minor surgery. They made an apointment at SH Hospital. When i finally saw Dr Collins for pre-op right before scheduled surgery --- it turned out to be wrong and i did not require surgery!
