Dr. Jacobs is my favorite. He is one doctor I do not mind visiting. He has a way of keeping the appointment serious while also lightening the mood and making the visit much less stressful

Dr. Jacobs is absolutely wonderful! He is skilled at making teenagers feel important and listens carefully to what they have to say. He is very easy to talk to and has a very nice way of explaining things in laymen's terms so that all involved understand. If I could give a more than 5 star review I certainly would. Not sure what we would have done without Dr. Jacobs!

Dr. Jacobs is a very talented physician who is reassuring and easy to talk to, which is perfect for his field of specialty working with adolescents. He builds trust by engaging with his patients and sharing a true conversation. His medical expertise, professionalism and ability to thoroughly and patiently educate make him an invaluable resource for families. Dr. Jacobs' compassion and empathy when it comes to teen anxiety and depression is much appreciated and gives us hope for the future.

Dr. Jacobs is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He always takes time to answer questions or concerns. His nurse, Shana, is awesome. The front desk needs work. Sometimes they will print out past bills for Flex Spending reimbursement; sometimes they will refer you to the business office. It's also very hard to get them to answer the phones when you need to reschedule. If St. Luke's Physician Partners streamlined their business processes, or if they hired more front desk staff, they might have more time to pick up the phone.
