After waiting 2 hours for dating sonogram appointment for my pregnant wife for first time. Sonogram front desk lady “Judy as she said her name” ask for Insurence compay authorization. I went back to woman clinic to speak with doctor and RN Cindy help me to call insurance ; after an hour , she found that fist 4 sonogram doesn’t need authorization .Then ,nurse tried to call sonogram facility for more than 10 times , but she did not receive the call. In my request, nurse walk to sonogram place to tell her sonogram front desk lady about insurance policy. When Nurse was explaining, sonogram front desk lady who I met last week , and today 26 November 2018 and got refused for my wife 19 November, 2018 for sonogram, she inerrupt nurse and she ask nurse mentioning my wife “is Her first sonogram ? Nurse answered “yes”. Then, sonogram front desks lady said that I know first 4 sonogram doesn’t need authorization but why you send her here ? she ask to nurse . Nurse said that we don’t have sufficient employees in women’s clinic . At the end , came many questions in my mind . Sonogram facilitate Front desk lady knew about not necessary for authorization , but why she refuses? 1. She was too lazy , neglect, not responsible, generalized the people ,or discrimination ? 2. She thought that job was not her because women’s clinic refer ? 3. she need refreshment education class about her job or time for retirement? etc....
