I've found everyone at NY PT to be extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They work as a team so you are never left on your own. All the PTs remember your name and your ailment allowing you to get right into therapy. Making or changing an appointment is easy and they do a great job of managing the flow of clients so it's never too crowded. I highly recommend NY PT if you're in need of therapy.

Omg what can’t I say about you guys here. And I say you guys because I love how NY physical therapy EM works as a team… Jose, Annelise, Michael, Christina, Sabrina, Mya and Nicola💕Before I get into how much better I feel I have to commend you all on your personality and professionalism! How I feel… I FEEL GREAT since coming here. Literally after one session with ANNELISE I felt a tremendous difference. Annelise is great at physical therapy, each time I meet with her I am thankful to have her as my therapist. I’ve been to physical therapy before and never felt so good before. I never felt hopeful of actually being healed from pain until now I know that I am in recovery mode. I use to wake up everyday in so much pain and now I don’t. Everyday I wake up feeling better Thank you so much Annelise!! And to the team here at East Meadow:)

I have been to many PT locations over the years. All were good but NYPT is great. First many times I had to wait to find out my next exercise at other places. Here all therapist are watching you to keep you going or correcting the way you are performing the exercise You can tell the therapist are very dedicated and want to help you recover. It is very easy to get appts that are good for your schedule. I originally went for a hamstring injury from pickleball. NYPT got me back on the courts in a few months. I am going for a rotator cuff injury now. I am hoping i can recover without surgery. Unfortunately because of ins i can only go once a week now but I have been given good instructions on what to do at my local gym
