Got turned away from Excel Urgent Care Larkfield Road East Northpot Ny 11731 approx 3:30 pm Sunday 12/11/22, due to failure to have an appointment. While speaking with a nice receptionist a voice came from behind the door stated no walk ins without even asking what the medical issue was! "Hippocratic Oath" ?? "Urgent Care"?? Not planning on ever going back again!!

Everything about this place and the appointment was exceptional except for the aid who took care of me. She was completely unprofessional. I'm a woman with a physical disability and her behavior towards me was completely inappropriate. She used the phrase "I'm so cute" three times towards me. She talked down to me as if I were a child. I'm not a kid, I'm a 31 year old adult. My interaction with her was completely uncomfortable and I refuse to ever have her take care of me.
