The office was nice. The doctor is exceptional. He is compassionate and listens to you, explains your situation so you understand why he is doing what he is doing. I was however VERY dissappointed with the fact that I needed paperwork filled out for my disability related to my current situation and was charged 15.00 per packet. It is my belief that because I am a current patient, my paperwork should be part of my patient experience. To charge me for the doctor's portion of this disability paperwork was very poor business practice.

Dr is great- but his staff makes you want to seek care elsewhere! 28 minutes on hold- paperwork takes 2 weeks for disability forms (which cost 15$ to fill out). Staff is rude and not knowledgeable on ANYTHING- no one calls you back. And we waited over an hour to wait another 25 minutes when we go in the room. This place is terrible and it’s strictly because of the staff.

Dr baranek is great- but his office staff is THE WORST. Not only do they have you holding for 28 minutes before they answer a call, but they have ZERO clue as to what’s going on and how medical insurance works. We waited over an hour in the waiting room just to wait another 25 min in the room. They constantly pass the blame to the next person- and NO ONE calls you back. Such a shame terrible staff ...
