my husband brought himself into the ED for help for depression (no provider appointments for over 90 days!). Dr. Yacoub tried discharging him and said he didn’t need to be there. Due to a death in the family, my husband allowed discharge. Several years later, we find out that Yacoub charted that my husband was INVOLUNTARILY COMMITTED!!!! We are now trying to get these medical records corrected. This was not a simple mistake but one that had to have been done INTENTIONALLY. SHAME ON YOU YACOUB!!!! You’ll be hearing from our lawyer and the local media!!!!

All I can say is how disappointed I am in Dr. Yacoub. Instead of being objective he allows SUBJECTIVE thoughts to ALTER his care for you. I was seen as a patient but once his little puppy dog (Dr. youknowwho) skewed his thought process, the entire encounter became frighteningly COUNTER productive. I felt more threatened than BEFORE I came in. This was a horrid and BIASED BIASED BIASED encounter. I have NO trouble exercising my right to be vocal about my encounter. I am not some nut who they can dismiss. I would seriously think PRIOR to exercising your right as a patient with them. I was a patient who REALLY needed their help and I expected it. However, I was thrown in a figurative basket and made fun of. I don't know what else to say. As a Matterhorn of fact, I will leave my email address for you to get more information.
