Super knowledgeable and incredibly smart.

If i could have 0 stars for this doctor, i would. she has horrible horrible bedside manner. My brother was suffering a brain tumor and we were sent to her office to follow up on the oncology. she basically treated my brother and i like we were stupid and spoke down to us. at that point my brother decided he would seek care at Sloan, she was not happy. He tried to go back to her after the cancer came back a few months later because his neurosurgeon had asked to keep his care in the same facility, and still her bedside manor was terrible. Now a year and a half later, my brothers insurance no longer is accepted at Sloan and he is forced to return to this awful woman. she refused to see my brother. She told him that because he switched to Sloan she can’t help him. he explained the insurance situation and was told she didn't care. she is unethical, a liar and a horrible person. how do you refuse a cancer patient care? maybe if she wasn't such a nasty snobby human being, we would have staye

Absolutely wonderful.. We've been seeing Dr. Kowalska for some time now.. She takes her time, explains everything clearly. Although sometimes we wait for an appointment, she is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Agnes Kowalska Review She as a Doctor is not that bad?!? However her bedside manner could be improved! Her office is CHAOTIC & Unorganized!!! Whether you’re “TRYING” to schedule an appointment or check in at the sign in desk it’s mayhem! Don’t even think about ANYONE having the courtesy of returning your phone call because that NEVER happens!?!?! It’s quite frustrating! IF you could avoid it find another doctor!

Dr Kowalska is absolutely amazing, she is knowledgeable, fast, understanding and caring. She goes out of her way to squeeze her patients in on lunch breaks or her own free time to make sure they are taken care of. She and her staff have made my visit at Stony Brook Neurology one i will not forget, assisting with my needs, always getting me in to see her,

I’m not sorry for writing this. Yes she may have a great education and know what she’s talking about but when it comes to harsh news, she will tell you straight up with no emotion! She’s rude and she doesn’t care. At the end of the day all she cares about is her paycheck. She requested us to go to the hospital and she wouldn’t even come when news got worse. Try to contact her? Good luck she doesn’t answer nor does her assistant when time is essential especially for pharmacy renewals! When the patient passed not one phone call from her office and to this day I will continue to look back and shake my head. Should of went to a better doctor no matter what the outcome! At the end of the day doctors need to learn some more compassion and communication skills! Because she doesn’t have either.
