List of Anna Kogan's Reviews
Absolute worst experience ever. Please do not go to this doctor. The receptionist(s) do not care and are not customer focused whatsoever. My pharmacy and myself have reached out to them several ( over 10) times about simply sending a prescription to my pharmacy and they have not done it. Additionally they hang up on you when you call and place u on hold until you hang up. No care whatsoever for patients and it’s disgusting. It has been a horrible experience. Please stay away…
Tells patients with chronic migraine to do neck exercises and take triptans. Don’t walk, run!
Not only was my initial visit rushed, I did an MRI elsewhere and told to come in person for the results. I took time off of work for Dr.Kogan to barely give me any information at all. It took less than 5 minutes for her to "read" the results. I was still charged for the follow up because I came in person even though it could have been a phone call to let me know I was okay. The experience felt very rushed and transactional.
Dr. Kogan can't even perform an IUD procedure correctly without causing downstream harm to the uterus. Find a different OBGYN.----------------------------Dr. Kogan inserted an IUD for me in 2019. Even though this is a common & simple procedure, but she ended up placing the IUD too far up, and cut the strings too short. As a result, every obgyn I've seen since then (5 separate ones, as I travel a lot) has had trouble finding the IUD (some even had to do an ultrasound to make sure it was still there). Now that it's time to replace my IUD, my new obgyn hit the same issue, so she told me to come back so we could do an ultrasound while performing the replacement. Even though we could see it with the ultrasound, she still couldn't loosen it (let alone dislodge it) due to the short strings. Now, I have to go back a third time so that the obgyn can put me asleep, put fiber optics up my uterus, & carefully take out the IUD. Each of these 3 visits requires 5-6 attempts (each excruciatingly painful), and my obgyn said she can't do more than that since it will harm my uterus. The fact that Dr. Kogan could be so careless about a simple procedure and cause so much downstream harm is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO DR. KOGAN.
Dr. Anna Kogan is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who I would highly recommend. Very professional ,knowledgeable and caring doctor.
Excellent neurologist, very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. Recommended.
Excellent physician. Very smart and caring. Had a very positive experience. Recommend.
Dr. Kogan is an excellent Neurologist. She's very attentive and patient. I've had a great experience with her and will continue seeing her for treatment of my condition.
She is extremely thorough and a great listener. Strong Recommend.
After seeing the doctor she said she wanted to run some tests. I was then left waiting in a room for her to come back and do the tests. She still didn’t appear after an hour. In the end I had to leave and didn’t get my tests done. I found it so disrespectful and such a waste of my time as I will now have to find someone else and start all over.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
