Doctor Hershlag is amazing! I truly feel cared for and that he is investing in this process as much as my family and I are. I would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of fertility treatment. He is a wealth of knowledge and the best bed side manor I've ever experienced!

I don't know where to begin. To start off, Dr Hershlag is extremely arrogant, and has awful bedside manner. He doesn't even let you finish your sentence, because he is already right out the door. He has no compassion, and all he cares about is money. I didn't feel comfortable with him at all. His warmness and lack of warmth was so obvious. Me and my husband wasted SO MUCH time and money on this doctor and this whole entire practice. We didn't get anywhere with him.

I would select 0 star for this doctor.1st visit was nice and he was given good advice as a candidate, and sent for blood drawn and work up.2nd visit I waited 2 hours in the office just to see him. He and an assistant doctor was in the room with me and my husband rudely say I am not a candidate and why am I there in his office..... I was devastated that this trash doctor have no sympathy no professionalism and manner. Also, I was billed for this office visit just seeing him face to face for 3 minutes telling me those crap.I went to New Hope Fertility center which the doctors never gave up on me and I have twin girls!

This place is like a freak show/circus and Dr.hershlag is the ring leader,poorly disorganized and can't communicate well with their patients.What a waste of time and energy so disappointed!

Unfortunately I had zero success after three rounds of IVF with Dr. Hershlag despite a decent egg reserve. After the 3rd round and failed frozen transfer, I was told that I should consider donor eggs. I wasn't opposed to the idea because I wanted a baby so badly at 40 years old. However, after two coworkers recommended another location, I decided to give another doctor a chance. I'm so glad I did as I became pregnant immediately via IUI with Injectables (not ivf) with my own eggs!!! I believe that says it all!

My husband and I love Dr. Hershlag! We could not have had a better Doctor to put our faith in to help us start a family. He is warm, listens and genuinely cares. Dr. Hershlag made us feel at ease right from the start. He spent a lot of time with us discussing treatments and our options. What a great experience we had with him as well as his entire staff at Northwell Fertility.
