I had a physical with him and he did not check anything but my heart. He dismissed all of my concerns. The entire staff was maskless. Cannot recommend this poor excuse of an Internist.

My experience with Dr. Wright’s staff is they're extremely rude. I was told by his office manager under no circumstances are you able to talk on the phone with the doctor unless you are willing to pay an office visit charge. His nurse thinks she is a doctor dispensing medical advice that she’s not qualified to dispense. I would not recommend Dr. Wright to anyone due to the rudeness of his staff.

Dr Wright is fantastic, his supporting staff not so good. Left msg last week didn't receive call back, called again today did receive call back. Out of meds one week, told could not get prescription had to make appt even though I was there two weeks ago and dr told me to return in 6-8 weeks. Nurse says no note to that effect. Been back 3 times to get samples because there were not enough. Begrudgingly decided to give me a 30 day supply. That will keep med costs high and schedule book full.

In the beginning he was very attentive to my issues, but lately kind of a cold shoulder.Receptionist was very arrogant and after several visits of putting up with this, let her know I wasn't happy with this inexcusable attitude. That's s when Dr. Wright gave the cold shoulder.Guess his staff is more important than customers.

I am very pleased with Dr Wright. I had rusted metal in my eye and called him office and they told me to come on over now. So I got right in. I am also a student so he stayed late one day to help me. He explains everything very well before he even touches your eye. VERY VERY friendly and caring. loved him!!
