My son was lucky to have him as a surgeon for his appendix removal at Winthrop Hospital last week. We thank him for his great work and his wonderful demeanor with our 8 year old autistic son. Thank you also to his secretary who was very nice and comforting

Dr Coren is absolutely wonderful. He helped my daughter at 24hrs old and performed an amazingly delicate surgery. He is incredibly talented at his Kraft and takes the time to explain everything . We thank god for him and his amazingly skilled mind and hands and for helping our daughter . She’s 6 months old now and absolutely amazing!

Doctor Coren performed surgery on 2 of my kids. One as a 2 week old baby, 13 years ago (pyloric stenosis) And the other was 2 extra digits removed, @ 6 months old, 9 years ago. He is fantastic. It makes me uneasy being so far away from Winthrop, now, just in case of emergency. I trust Dr. Coren with every fiber in me, when I was a nervous train wreck, I am so blessed to have experienced his expertise and professionalism first hand. Thank you, Dr. Coren. You’ve left such an imprint in our lives.

Dr. Coren is an amazing surgeon. He did a 9-10 hour long surgery on my little guy and his scars are healed beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon to entrust my child's life too. He is not only extremely good at what he does but you can see it is his passion. I would recommend him to any one needing pediatric surgery.

Dr. Coren performed a tracheostomy and a g-tube placement on my premature baby, I met his PA a few days prior to the surgery and Dr. Coren the day before and that morning. He is definitely a man of FEW words, but he did allow me to ask my questions and responded to them all. After the surgery he came in and checked on my baby, told me the procedure went well and wished us luck. He came back 7 days later to examine him again. He definitely knows his stuff and the stoma looks great. I read his reviews and saw quite a few that didn’t seem too good, but I still felt him out and ultimately chose him as a surgeon, he was highly recommended. I’m glad I did.
