Christopher A Burke's Online Review Report Card

My old dentist saw my dental situation deteriorate over the years and did nothing. I moved to Tulsa and went to see Dr. Burke. Love the staff, the procedures, everything about the practice and I usually don't like going to the dentist. He immediately suggested partial dentures and gave me a very reasonable quote. Got to working on them but due to my busy travel schedule, it didn't work out. He offered to remake the partial no charge, determined why the first set didn't work. Got me a new set of partials and after a couple of adjustments, I CAN CHEW REAL FOOD AGAIN. I had almost given up and resigned myself to full dentures. These partials are just what needed. Thank you Dr. Burke and crew. Job well done.

So based off of the current reviews I was skeptical, but they took my insurance, so I gave them a shot. Couldn't have had a better experience!My hygienist, Leslie, was super sweet and explained everything in detail, which I loved!Dr Burke did an exam, I did have a cavity, but he was very gentle and quick with the filling. I felt nothing! Felecia up front explained everything about my insurance to me and helped me with payment arrangements! No hassle or hidden agenda here!Would definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Wow... interesting what you find out with a little research. Tried to file a complaint with the ADA and learned that Dr. Burke isn't even a member.( maybe he can't qualify). His office staff doubled down and told my wife that the original quote was only for a portion of the work needed even though I asked 3 separate times if the price I was quoted was for all necessary work. I was told YES!! Now I have to download a complaint form and send it in to the Oklahoma Dental Association. Doubt anything will happen but since I hate getting screwed over I guess that's my next move.

Don't go to these people!! It's called a bait and switch! They told us that my wife's dental work would cost under $5000. We agreed on that price but when we got the final bill (the way they lie it's probably not even close to what they will finally charge us) , the charges rose to over $7000. Can't even imagine what the final cost will be since my wife has at least one more appt. My advice ... find another dentist who won't rip you off!

My husband and I came here because they advertised as being affordable. Everyone was super nice, but after coming in for an examination we were quoted thousands of dollars of dental work for the both us. There was no payment agreement, just financing. We went to get a second opinion and they told us we didn't need most of these dental procedures. Southern Hills Dental made it seem as though we absolutely had to have these procedures and that we needed them immediately. Super disappointed that they were so misleading and caused us a lot of unnecessary stress.

If I were you I would run as far away from this COMPANY as possible. I came in for a tooth that was hurting and I got a male dentist that could've cared less that I was there. Also I was recommended an implant but when I looked the dr up at home I found that he has no credibility in Implants at all, on top of that all they wanted was my money. Such a joke and I will never return nor would I recommend this office to anyone. Not too mention no one looked professional and the office itself was dingy and dirty, not my idea of a clean spot to have dental work done much less an implant. Yuck.

I would recommend you go somewhere else. They may have changed the name but the staff is the same. I paid for services ($950) and was told a month later I needed to pay more because they "miscalculated" and that insurance didn't pay what they "Estimated". They hounded me over a mere $60 and would rather lose my future business, as well as my family, then sent it to collections instead of finding a way to work it into future billing or (like most reputable business') take the "miscalculation" upon themselves knowing that they will make more in the long term since I moved in the area and started using them as my new dentist one year prior. There are plenty of dentist in the area to choose from, so just don't go to this one!!!

The Dentist , Hygienist and dental assistants are amazing.**beware**Front office in the other hand are not so great.I was reschedule twice by circumstances that were out of their controland I understand that, what I don't understand is the lack of professionalism and attitude to relate the message. Over the phone they simply told me to deal with it nothing they can do.I've been in the customer care industry for a long time and that's not the way to communicate with your customers, never forget the reason you have a job it's because the office has customers. You just lost one today and that's thanks to your front office.

I'm truly glad I found Dr. Burke. He explained my treatment very well and I didn't feel anything when he numbed me (first time ever). He truly cares about his patients. I went to another dentist and I felt Dr. Burke was genuine when presenting my treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!
