I was very stressed when I arrived at this office. My EKG showed a problem. Dr. Benson (as well as his staff) were terribly kind and competent. Dr. Benson explained what my problem was, made me feel that I did not have to be so upset, which calmed me right down. He knew exactly what to prescribe and 'covered all the bases.' Dr. Benson installed my pacemaker on an "emergency" basis. He was very caring and eased my concerns. It's working well.

The doctor is fine but the secretary's at the practice are rude and unhelpful. I have worked alongside doctors in multiple facilities and the attitude of secretaries, as well as their lack of communications skills are a disgrace. Dr. Benson is not available for questions or concerns (will not respond for over a week). Wish I never dealt with this doctors office.

You never know what you're going to get when you sit down with a new doctor, and I was about as pleased as I could be with my first visit with Dr. Benson. Really appreciated his care in explaining his thought process and making all the available treatment and diagnosis options known to me. I'm can't say I would be excited to see Dr. Benson again (obviously)...but I had about as good a patient experience as one could have.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Benson is arrogant and blatantly ignorant. It makes sense he is a foreign grad. Should have stayed oversees. His boss is equally as bad. Dr, Turito trained him and it showsAvoid as you would the plague
