I brought my teenager to the Urgent Care part of the orthopedic office because her regular doctor in the practice had no available appointments and we wanted to be seen right away. They started taking walk-ins at 4 pm and I am out of the office now by 5:00 pm and we had x-rays done and saw the resident doctor. Friendly and professional.

Couldn’t believe that the hours are posted as 4pm-7pm, tried calling multiple times….got there at 6:20pm and the doors were locked. Super disappointed especially because my regular orthopedic from this practice pushed this urgent care for…well urgent matters obviously. Super disappointed in SBU ortho.
