Dr El Baba is an incredible doctor, filled with empathy and who takes great care of his patients. Happy he is now going to be at OCLI in East Setauket so close from where he was before! I would not be seen by any other retina specialist!

I ve known Dr El Baba for 18 years. He is loved by all his patients. Excellent doctor very thorough in his examinations and diagnostic he also takes the time to know his patients and has a great sense of humour. I am so happy there are still doctors like this around!

If you are wondering where to find Dr. El Baba, he ll be working at Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island 4 Technology Drive, East Setauket. Tel 631-941-1400. I ’ve known Dr. El Baba for 18 years and I recommend him warmly. He is an outstanding doctor, gentle, caring and extremely dedicated to the well being of his patients. I am happy to know that he is now still working and I found out that he will still see his patients but from this new office really close from where he was before.

The tests I was given by his staff before my appointment were quite thorough. This was a reassuring measure that I was receiving the best technology and analysis. Next Dr. El Baba comprehensively and methodical examined me himself while he asked many investigative questions. My consultation with him was a dialogue and not a one way conversation. He took great care to discuss his findings in simple terms and discuss options and recommendations. Dr. El Baba is a scholar and a gentleman.

Arrogant, condescending, and rude. I’ve had a very poor experience with this individual and personally I could never recommend him. He may be a knowleablge physician but a less than professional attitude and poor treatment of others are not admirable qualities. I will not be coming back.

Dr. ElBaba is a very skilled & caring opthomalogist. He is always professional & respectful. I trust him to give me the right care. When I speak with his other patients, they always say great things about him. I also think his assistant, Gina is excellent. She is very kind & professional, along with his other staff.
