Dr HELEN Hsieh is over booked everytime, Does not have her nurses take temperatures on her visitors or patients.It is way over crowded her waiting room. Not good puts everyone at risk. Some of her staff does not speak english well and is rude. Dr Helen Heish has another office. The Dr is a money making woman. Where she examines patients not clean no air filters. Horrible to be there.

Get another doctor. Horrible and insensitive. She left me feeling hopeless and dejected.

I m looking for a new Gynecology doctor for my annual inspection. I take time to search and review the posts on web. I decided to try Dr. Hsieh. I did right things! She is very nice and professional. some small things let you know she is care about you. About waiting time. I was on time to get there and wait about one hour. There are three of people bf me.

I had to end up using This doctor towards the end of my pregnancy because my doctor suddenly got sick .. I was told I was now assigned to her and to follow up with her .. I came online and read the reviews of her and was honestly horrified .. However I continued on and made an appointment .. The office allowed Me to come in the same day.. all the staff was friendly and courteous although some did not have English as a first language they were still polite and assisted me. When my husband and I met the doctor she was very kind .. Explained the examination to expect and was gentle.. She took care of me as if I have been her patient from the beginning and I would recommend her to anyone ! Also her office is very clean and she didn't rush me she allowed me to ask questions and completely explained all possibilities and options due to my condition. Dr Hseih is a great doctor !

Staff is rude as noted by other reviews. Nurse speaks primarily Mandarin and can not speak English properly, leading to miscommunication and delay. One time, the nurse could not find my vein to draw blood properly (due to the small size of my veins) and slapped my arm around for 15 minutes. A patient had to help the nurse locate proper place to draw blood. Very unprofessional! Dr. Hsieh is very brief in her examinations and doesn't give you much pregnancy advice, unless you have specific questions to ask her. I only saw her because her location was convenient for me.

I agree with the other review. She lacks bedside manners and is extremely insensitive. I have been trying to dispute an insurance claim and her office is of no help. They charge more compared with other Doctors. Bottom line, if you want courtesy and professionalism, avoid this doctor.

THE WORST DOCTOR AND ADMIN STAFF EVER! First off, office opens after 1:30 p.m. Even if you want to make an appt, you have call after 1:30. Second off, takes approx. 1 hour or more to see her. Ok, fine..but, when you do finally see the doc., she rushes you. Third, admin staff are really impatient and rude. They need to learn how to speak English and be nicer. Fourth, when you get to finally see Dr. Hsieh, she is impatient, condescending, and rushes you. She doesn't give the time of day to really help you. She also talks to you like u'r inferior to her. I really need to find another doc...TRUST ME, you don't want her as your ob gyn. She is TERRIBLE.

When asked a medical question, she basically refuted the question and became blatantly antagonistic. This is uncharacteristic of any doctors that I've dealt with. She literally blew up and went off about her diagnosis on the medical report, making assumptions without recommending a thorough testing that would provide a better understanding of the issue. Completely unprofessional and unethical, in my opinion.

Dr. Hsieh was referred to me by a close relative. She has many patients and is very busy like all successful obstetricians. She is very knowledgeable and compasionate, but more importantly trust her advice as she is always right. I wanted to post this review because all the other reviews were unfair and does not reflect what a truly great doctor she is. All I have to say is that there is no better doctor in flushing for obstetrics than her.
