I should have read the reviews before going to this hospital. When I tried to write a review about this doctor, I found out that many people had the same thoughts as me. The doctor was rude and seemed to dislike talking to patients. I waited 10 days to go to this hospital and only had a consultation with the doctor for less than 3 minutes. I had to leave the room before even finishing writing a 2-page paper

This office is terrible! I had an appointment at 11:40am and arrived at 11:47am.I tried to open the door and the door was closed. So I called the office why the door is closed.And they told me they closed because the doctor left. So I asked them then why the doctor accepted the patient. They said the doctor waited for me but I because I was late, the doctor left right away. Front office worker said the doctor waited for me but I cannot believe... I parked my car in front of the building at 11:40am and took the elevator...and I arrived at 11:47am. Why are they accepting patients if they cannot wait at least 20minutes? Almost at the same time, other patients came too. They also got pissed off and left. They said their appointment time was 11:40am. The doctor knew that 2 patients were coming and the doctor left juet because we were not on the time exactly at 11:40am. Please do not come here. doctor is not proffessional and front workers are horrible and not nice at all! Terrible!

My elderly mother had a confirmed appointment for a serious ear issue that has left her incapacitated. The staff said the doctor was unavailable due to an "emergency." They turned away the other elderly Asian woman who had the appointment time before my mother, but surprisingly the staff welcomed a white patient who had a later appointment time and was taken to see the doctor, who I guess was suddenly available. Whether racist or ageist, this doctor cannot be trusted to even keep an appointment, much less care for your health. And yes, an Asian doctor can be racist against Asian patients.

Dr. Kim was amazing. He reviewed my mri and informed me in words I could understand what was going on. He also explained to procedure with models and words I could understand. The procedure was essentially painless. I feel wonderful.

Went to Dr Kim for hearing loss. Paid high copay and he looked inside both ears and told me to come back for sound test, which would've cost another $300 copay. Never went back.

Cold, impersonal , curt and without compassion. Be ready for a man that is quick to diagnose, does not ask questions, and is apathetic, so much so, that it's reasonable to question his diagnosis.Arrogant/ego does not relieve a doctor of the responsibility of doing a through job. I would avoid this doctor, even as a second opinion.

My first time seeing Dr. Kim. I chose him based of yelp reviews. I felt so comfortable the minute he walked in and how confident he made me feel that my concerns were understandable but assured me that I need not worry.

If i could give zero stars I would. I called them to set an appointment because I've had a really bad ear and throat issue. Literally feel like I'm dying and have been to urgent care 3 times, they recommend an ENT and I picked these clowns.I told them what happened and all my symptoms which did include a fever, no one said anything at the time. So I show up to the appointment and they turn me away because of my fever even though they knew my symptoms.Go anywhere else but to these guys. I mean anywhere.

patient beware!!! this doctor is very sneaky and will overcharge you for things not covered under insurance. never will i come back here nor will i recommend anyone to see dr jason kim (ent) ever. i will report this to the department of consumer affairs.
