Been with Dr.Muller for about 18 years and I get great care easy appointments he spends time with me and helps me understand whats wrong . I don’t know what I would do with out him he listens

If you want your typical doc in a box look no further. They clearly have trained there extremely rude office or nurses to read a script to book appointments and collect a patients money rather then actually help a paying patient. Constantly have to have an appointment with no explanation of why or when it's appropriate for routine needs. When questioned they act like 14 year old teenagers and because they said so. I believe her name is Lorraine. I honestly don't think this doctors or there boss know how there business is being handled.

Plan on knowing you are going to be sick months in advance because you will not be able to get an appointment. The receptionist even refers you to urgent care instead of trying to book an appointment with the Dr.

Dr. Muller is awesome! He has been there for me for years!

The office staff are very friendly and informative. Dr. Muller is very attentive, friendly and easy to talk to. He listens to my concerns and takes the time to answer my questions.

I've been seeing Dr Muller for about 20 years. He has my complete confidence in his ability. He never rushes an appointment and genuinely cares about what's going on with your health, however... His staff has often disappointed me in their lapses of followup and communication... i.e. not sending info to others as needed as one example. I have been recently tempted to find another doctor and did not because Dr Muller is good and my exasperation is with his staff communications. I will tell him about my disappointment when next we talk.

Absolutely horrible receptionist. Unbelievable how rude people can be who work in healthcare.

Been with him for many years. He is great, caring, and attentive but... His staff is very inefficient! On quite a few occasions over the last couple of years, they don't communicate well with me. They don't tend to notifications from other specialists that I must use, they don't send files in a timely manner. I am very close to changing from him as my primary, but because our history, in my next appointment with him I am going to have a heart to heart conversation about my experiences.

Four stars for the simple reason that I wish I would have written down the person's name, that was very rude to me because for the most part of my experiences in the office have been very well. The ladies in the front office the girls in the back all very nice and polite, I feel to because I see so many bad reviews on here there is a lot of people that either demand or come in with an attitude already, That could be the problem too. Now I am not saying that there isn't anyone there that may have a bad day or is facing something that day.. mind you. I know that you have to put on your happy face..sometimes it's hard. I understand that too. Although for the most part, this office is pleasant and professional. So if you are having problems maybe we ought to examine ourselves too. Now if I see different after I wrote this believe me I will come back. Have a very nice blessed day..
