The receptionist is absolute trash. She's so nosy and wants to get up in your business about your personal life. She does not know what she's doing and complains that insurance takes forever to approve and how insurance companies do not know what they're doing when really, she can't admit that she has no knowledge whatsoever. Why don't you be honest and tell the truth that you don't know how to do your job?! And you don't even know how to deal with insurance LOL. The office is a rip-off and charges $300 for what?? 10 minutes of just talking to you and taking your vitals. The doctor was personable and nice, the receptionist on the other hand was ATROCIOUS. She's lazy and initially makes it seem like she's doing you a favor by saying that she'll accept you a patient and they "never do last minute calls." We called the office to obtain a doctors note for the visit a few days ago but she said that she would have to charge another $300 AND she won't even let us speak to the doctor when we asked, she's just making excuses for her incompetency.I feel bad for whoever is associated with her. Good luck, you'll need it. I hope her kids don't grow up to be like her, that'd be really unfortunate..

The doctor is a complete rip off with overcharging. The receptionist is...omg...where do you start with the receptionist. If you dare ask more than 2 follow up questions to ANYTHING, you're getting that "I wish you were dead" look from her.If you can't understand what she's saying (because she sounds like she's got marbles in her mouth), it's your fault for being dumb and her inner beast is coming out. Not her fault for not being able to pronounce words.Ever meet one of those people that are so needlessly rude, you'd almost wonder if they have some kind of mental health issue?Well, she's one of those. Not only is she rude to patients on the phone, patients in person, she would literally have screaming fits with the doctor.And what makes it even worse is that she tries sooo much to give you fake smiles at the beginning, but it'll take just 1 or 2 followup questions to crack that fascade like an egg. So when she flips 180, it's actually quite stunning.You're sitting there, waiting for your appointment, wondering if you're in an mental asylum from the 1920's.Oh and her car is always taking up one of the handicap spots.

I have some Covid symptom and not be able to the Clinic last week ,so I call Doctor Lee on the phone.He prescribed me the medicines over the phone. Very helpful.

The doctor was helpful however the receptionist was quite the complete opposite. This experience definitely steered me away from this place resulting in finding another physician.

Doctors Lee was cool, I've only ever seen him once. However, his receptionist (his wife) is the worst receptionist ever!!! Don't waste your time here, I attempted to make another appointment with them and the lady told me my insurance would not cover the appointment because it was terminated. I contacted my insurance to clear the air, and it was in fact ACTIVE and there were no problems on our end. I went back and forth for over an hour, even when both me and my insurance can confirm there are no problems on our end. All this attempt just for her to tell me they won't be taking me in unless I have the $300 in cash to pay them for a consultation. So why am I paying for my insurance then? Lol. Ridiculous and just unprofessional. I'm definitely switching doctors after this horrible mishap.

Dr. Lee is my doctor for regular gynecological visits. Dr. Lee is patient, caring and does a great job answering questions. Dr. Lee is really a great doctor.

Try to make an appointment, the receipt attitude's extremely bad, pushing away patient for multiple different reasons, would never go to this clinic again.

Rubbish.！Calling to make an appointment, an old woman answered the phone with a very bad attitude！

Dr. Lee is just fabulous. I appreciate the thoroughness and caring of my visits. Dr. Lee takes the time to listen and expresses a lot of concern for my wellbeing as a whole!!
