Leah Kaufman's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kaufman was suppose to lift my eyebrows. He used staples, left scars wear hair won't grow, and it did not work. He was suppose to raise my lower lids but he pulled them down further. Don't go.

If there was a -0 review that is what I would use. My eyebrows were suppose to be raised--staples used (very painful) and lift did not work, they eventually dropped. He was suppose to fix my drooping lower lids and all he did was pull them down further. He did minor surgery on my nose and left to little holes on each side of my nose plus 2 small lumps. I mentioned this in my first follow up and he said don't worry it will fill in---it did not.Do not let him touch your face.FYI - I have since gone to an eye specialist in Seattle WA that raises lower lids (corrective I surgery) up using an entirely different method (very expensive but it works).

Seeing Dr. Kaufman was my first time having any kind of surgery and he made me feel more then comfortable before during and after. He went way above my expectations! I got check up calls after procedure and my nurses had the best bed side manners,wiped every tear from my face coming out of surgery she was so helpful and kind! Hands down the best experience and the results definitely speak for its self my body feels and looks great already ! Thank you Dr.Kaufman !

My first visit and surgery with Dr. Kaufman was January 2007...A complete face lift, eyes, neck, etc....I was so thrilled with the results! I think 10 friends who saw my new face made appointments with Dr. Kaufman to get some help too!!!My next surgery was 2014-breast implants and CO2 face peel.....wow!! Such great results!! Thanks again to Dr. K and his entire staff! This past September 2021 I thought it was time for a complete face lift-after all...it's been 15 years!!!! (Dr. K said NO to eye lift!!! Nothing there to eliminate!!!That's why I love him!!!!) and replaced my implants with some slightly larger ones...(love them!!!LOL) I just had my 6 month exam and all is terrific!!! I have more friends going to Dr. K and I know they will be extremely satisfied with his skill, professionalism and artistic eye as to just what's right for each person! I am almost 74 y/o so I may return to Dr. K when i'm 90!!!!! Get a consultation...I assure you.....you will love the results of any surgery by Dr. Kaufman..and his staff of nurses, and office assistants are extraordinary too!marina e.

Hello Yelpers! If you are researching Surgeons in the area, do yourself a favor and definitely include Dr. Kaufman on your consult list. After visiting several Doctors in the area and thoroughly researching the procedures I was to have done, Dr. Kaufman was the clear choice.I chose to have a Mommy Makeover which included breast augmentation, tummy tuck with muscle repair and hernia repair, and lipo on my flank area. Dr. Kaufman addressed all of my concerns, and went over possible risks and complications. He answered all of my questions (I had a ton) and did so without being pushy or dismissive. His resume of accomplishments speak for themselves, but I was most impressed by his relate-ability and his clear passion for his work......I could tell that he genuinely enjoys transforming people and helping them feel better about themselves. What a cool job!Everything about surgery day went better than I could have imagined. Everyone made me (and my Husband) feel at ease.......Nurse Nicole was AWESOME, and the Anesthesiologist was the BEST! There were even a few laughs involved, which made everything even better. My recovery went well. Nurse Colleen was patient and knowledgable at all of my follow up appointments. I had NO BRUISING whatsoever, and the incisions were beautiful. Right before surgery, I specified that I didn't have a CC's number in mind, but, I wanted the tissue filled out, and I'm super active and don't want them in the way. He gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, and I couldn't be happier with the results. One more thing......NO DRAINS were required! This is a big deal, as it makes recovery SO MUCH EASIER! A huge thank you to Dr. Kaufman for truly listening to my wants and my concerns. I'm so happy to have met you and your staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman! Dr. Kaufman does amazing work. He addressed all of my concerns and made me feel at ease before, during and after my procedure. His staff was always very friendly and welcoming. I was recommended to Dr. Kaufman by family and friends and I am so happy I made the right decision and chose him for my procedure.

Dr Kaufman is an excellent cosmetic surgeon. His staff are friendly and professional. Love my results!

Just to be clear... post surgeries almost 1.5 years later, i have just reread my review and saw Dr. Kaufman's reply.. I have to correct him when saying I "never" again, "never" cancelled my final appointment. That just is not true... I tried so many times reaching out to his office, at no avail, to schedule my final appointment. Due to the covid, evidently, I never got a reply (And I am giving their office an excuse there) Because I was not happy about several things, as you heard in my first review.. so please, Dr. Kaufman....don't put that on me.. thousands and thousands of saved dollars I paid.. I never got a call from your office to see How I was doing ..or addressing my concerns and booking my appointment to deal with these concerns.. Why am I dealing with this now.. looking for a new doctor to address the concerns you left me with.. thank you very much... have a nice day.. no post care what-so-ever people..

I had a great experience with Dr. Kaufman and his team. From consultation to surgery to post-surgery. I am beyond satisfied with my facial rejuvenation. Dr. Kaufman is a surgical artist. He is gifted in examining the patient, and suggesting what will work best to achieve the optimal results; he is both honest and realistic in his evaluation.I highly recommend him!!!

I was referred to Dr. Kaufman by a few coworkers of mine that had mommy makeovers and/or a variety of different procedures. I was impressed with his work, and was looking for a surgeon so I set up a consultation with him for an implant exchange, lift and a monsplasty. After my consultation, I didn't set my surgery date right away bc I had previously set up another consultation with another local surgeon -- even though I went to my consultation trusting him 100%, I wanted to make sure I "clicked" with him, if that makes sense, and I wanted to make sure I had options and wasn't just picking the first surgeon I had a consultation with. In the end, I chose Dr. Kaufman bc he was personable, had great bedside manners and I felt very comfortable with him; his facility is clean and his staff is super friendly and helpful -- Sandy, his medical assistant; Danielle and Courtney, his patient care coordinators, are all amazing and they actually all played a role into me choosing Dr. Kaufman, as well. But even more importantly, my nurse, on the day of surgery, Colleen, was literally the best!!! I couldn't have been paired with a nurse that wasn't more perfect. Okay. So let's get to the results and I'll just say it, I absolutely love, L-O-V-E, my body now. Love. I go to the bathroom just to look at my body, all jokes aside. I used to hate looking in the mirror and now I look forward to it and I'm only a little over one week post-op so I'm sure once the swelling fully goes down, I will love it even more. Dr. Kaufman did such an amazing job. I'm so happy with the results. He's a super talented surgeon and I highly recommend him.
