Dr. Patel is awesome and among the best PCP's I've had . The only issue is the staff, it is difficult to get in for an urgent appointment, and it's a real runaround trying to get to the right person to talk to. The best way I have found to get to my doc is thru the patient portal and sending a direct message

Other reviews are from past years. Don’t know what happened, but ability to get an in person visit was near impossible. Had to switch to another doctor.

Very uncaring staff and they don’t even bother to return phone calls. We were in a critical medical situation with a family member and left four messages today without so much as a call back.

I have been a patient of Dr Mandeep Patel for 5 years. She is highly intelligent and follows through with concerns. I am a cancer survivor and it is extremely important that I have an excellent general doctor. I could not have a better one than Dr. Patel. She has a great bedside manner and will always get back to you. She keeps up to date with medical information and answers questions thoroughly.

My family had the hardest time with this office. They had over two months to return a form for my father to move into assisted living. I had to call over 10 times and on the day we we're moving into him into assisted living I still didn't have the form clearing him of TB. This office can't get simple things done. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Patel is great but getting in touch with this office is very difficult. I sent an email, a fax and was on hold for 20 mins X2 this past week. I still do not have an appt. Also getting result of test is also very difficult. Once you get to see Dr. Patel she is great.

Dr. Patel was the epitome of a great physician when I visited. She was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. As a medical student, I knew that she did everything by the book, and ordered the tests that she needed to in order to address my concerns while giving her professional opinion on the matter. I hope to be as good a doctor as she is some day.
