Dr. Gelato is conscientious, compassionate and professional. She takes into account all my health issues which influence my endocrine problems. Dr. Gelato is thorough, informs me immediately of irregularities and deals with follow up care within 24 hours of receiving my lab results. I am so grateful that she accepted me as a patient.

Dr. Gelato is a calming caring Doctor. She is one of the few doctors that I have found that truly listens to you. When you are in her office she makes you feel like you are her only patient. She will even listen to your suggestions on your own care.

A caring doctor who listens to her patients and bases their treatment on how they feel. What a concept!

She may follow up and return calls, but she refuses to listen. I do not have much respect for a doctor that will tell you to "suck it up" and take the lower dosage anyway, even if you do not have any related symptoms and the test could show false results due to other medical issues. Tests can give inaccurate results and when a doctor refuses to listen to a patient it puts the patient's life in jeopardy.

She refuses to listen to you. It is only about the test results. She changes your medication amount based on the results only and does not listen if you have no symptoms related to the results. She puts patients lives in jeopardy when she refuses to listen. Tests results can be wrong.
