Very efficient office with radiographs taken prior to the visit where able to multitask and not have you seem rushed. Dr. Kelly is very positive and teams enjoy practicing and staff was very efficient and compassionate. He may be a tea cutters to cure surgeon but he’s also a very good hands-on clinician.

Excellent surgeon and staff. Very little pain post surgery. PT team at OIP is outstanding.

I received injections in my shoulders to reduce pain! I’ve had shots from other Drs and they were quite painful! Once I received one from Dr. Kelly, and experienced no pain, I was able to continue treatment without the usual anxiety! The shots worked perfectly and I am now able to sleep comfortably and without pain! I am so thankful for the great Care I received from Dr. Kelly and the whole staff at OIP!

Dr. Kelly did both my mom’s knee replacements and has seen my boys for various injuries. He is not only an outstanding doctor and surgeon, but actually has an impeccable bedside manner. He cares about his patients’ wellbeing and makes sure they are treated as individuals with varying levels of medical anxieties. I always recommend Dr. Kelly when people ask for an orthopedic doctor/surgeon.

I met Dr Kelly over 10 years ago when he replaced my knee. Since then I've seen him for various issues. I would never think of seeing anyone else

Dr. Kelly did a full shoulder replacement for me on 6/18/21 . The surgery and recovery went exactly as described by Dr. Kelly . I have been completely pain free since the surgery and am gaining much mobility through physical therapy . I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone experiencing chronic shoulder pain .

I was greatly disappointed in my experience with Dr Kelly. I had heard good things about OIP in Camp Hill, PA. Turns out Kelly is a surgeon that if your case doesn’t involve the knife, he looks right through you on to the next case. Even if your case does involve surgery, wouldn’t you want a surgeon who cares about your well being as well as his acumen? Kelly is all about himself. He has left me high and dry trying to learn of my condition on the internet. The one thing he was supposed to do for me, an injection, he farmed out to another doc without telling me because he couldn’t be bothered. The injection was attempted but couldn’t be done because my shoulder is so bad. Ironically I probably will need surgery!! But not from him!

I felt Dr.Kelly was knowledgeable and had a very good “bedside”/office manner. He spend time with me and explain my situation well.

Dr. Kelly recently replaced my right shoulder joint with a “reverse” replacement. I originally injured it during my Vietnam service and injured it again in July 2020. The pain became chronic and severe, so I approached Dr. Kelly, who was recommended by my now-retired orthopedic surgeon. It was a superb recommendation. Dr. Kelly operated on me in January, and ALL the pain I experienced before surgery is now gone. Paying close attention to doing all the physical therapy was one key to my healing, but Dr. Kelly’s skill was the key to this outstanding outcome. I very, very highly recommend Dr. Kelly as an orthopedic surgeon because I could not have asked for a better outcome. In addition to being a superb surgeon, he is also very pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Kelly is not friendly and seems to not really care about me personally. This is really important to me. I have had several appointments with Dr. Kelly. He looks at an xray and says I need a shoulder replacement...no other options. He said he would love to do a shoulder replacement for me, that it was one of his favorite things to do. His assistant is rude and NEVER smiles. OIP has messed up two of my appointments when I had taken sick leave from my job.
