This lady doesn't care about the patients pain. Terrible bed side manners. The patient is treated as not even being there and the prescribed test is being done on a dead body who doesn't feel the pain. It was an excrutiating experience. Never again! She didn't wait for the pain killer to numb the area. She didn't care to wait. she was in a hurry and never once asked how I was doing even though I was crying and screaming in pain. On the second area, she removed the wrong mass from the breast.

I would give a minus 5 if I could. On top of it, she recovered the wrong mass in another area of the same breast. And not even one 'I am sorry'.

Dr. Staiger made mistakes while viewing my films and transcribing reports for my mammo and sono. She also missed a clear finding on my 3D mammo that another Radiologist clearly saw. Her carelessness and negligence is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend her or her place of work Zwanger-Pesiri.

Malpractice and terrible bedside manner, go to any other doctor! She has no idea what she is doing and will make you feel you are very sick without properly looking at any test.
