I have had back problems since I was 16 .I had back and leg pain sometimes reaching pain levels of 10 . I was barely able to walk. I visited several surgeons but no one could tell me exactly what was going on . I had physical therapy , pain management , and injections nothing worked. It took Dr. Ahmed a few minutes to figure out the problem. He explained everything in great detail. We scheduled the surgery and everything went well. He is a amazing doctor explained the surgery in terms I could understand. He was very caring and took the time to listen to all of my concerns never felt rushed. His staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to feel better. Thank you Dr. Ahmed and Kimberly you have made my life better.

The entire staff is attentive, caring, professional, thorough, & results-oriented. Once able to get in, Dr Ahmed & his team diagnosed my condition; developed a treatment plan; and executed the plan swiftly & successfully. I am thrilled to be back to my healthy, physically-active 76 year-self one month after surgery.

I was contacted by Dr. Ahmed who helped me tremendously through my breast cancer journey. He was compassionate, informative, and so helpful. I truly appreciate this man's expertise in addressing the breast cancer in an aggressive, results oriented manner.

For a first time appointment we were beyond impressed with Dr. Ahmed and his staff. Dr. Ahmed explained everything to us and made us feel very comfortable with his plan on treatment for my daughter. We were very pleased with everyone, great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from the start. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed.

After a fusion at 8 am I repeatedly asked to be flipped or turned by staff at the spinal surgery center. 12 hours later I complained about my leg not moving. The staff felt I was crazy. After a Ct they found Dr Amhed left a screw on my L4 nerve (the pain on my L4-L5 which was the reason I was there). After going back in he took the screw out which didn’t help the pain from that damage. After leaving the hospital I was told to go to his office about a stitch coming out and puss coming out. He stuck a butterfly stitch on it. The next day my home health had me at the hospital for the infection he just closed back up. I had two sacs of infections next to my spinal cord. After 3 surgeries to get rid off the infection, and damage to my nerves farther. Almost a year later I still can’t walk without a knee brace. I am on heavier meds than before surgery. He left me to his PA after this. My blood pressure would drop and I would fall asleep standing or sitting. I failed to show up for a follow up and they didn’t check on me. Legent Orthopedic and Spinal where I had my surgery said he hadn’t had an infection in 18 months. I guess they didn’t know about those of us who went elsewhere to have surgery to clean up his mess. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy to Dr. Ahmed or that faculty. As I got the infection starting at my spine yet said I grew it myself. I went to have a better and more helpful time with my two year old. But, have spent the last year in bed because of him!

Worst doctor I’ve ever been too! Left 2 calls neither returned! His nurse called and answered what she could. No contact after first chemo treatment when I had severe reaction n crash team was called! I’ve since been to my local hospital. First time was there for 5 hours second time taken by ambulance, admitted for 3 days! Still haven’t heard from Ahmed! I’m NOT impressed!!! Neither is hospital doctor as he told me to contact my local doc, who is awesome! My Cancer team is great but Ahmed get me an F in this review!

Great job with back surgery. Highly recommended. Professional, very thorough and cares about his patients. Could not be happier to say that he made me healthy again.

My husband fell and damaged several vertebrae in his back one year ago this month. We went to Dr. Osama Ahmed. He was such a warm and friendly doctor. We were immediately at ease. He operated on my husband in January, 2020. My husband is now walking without a walker or any assistance. We feel Dr. Ahmed is a miracle worker!

I recently had Dr Ahmed do surgery on my spine. Before the surgery, I had pain for over a year. After the surgery, I had almost no pain after just a few weeks. His staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone needing surgery on their back. He is an absolutely amazing Dr. All my pain is nearly gone now after a month of recovery. I am able to walk and do exercises. I was not able to do any of those things for over a year. Thank you so very much for your help.

Dr. Ahmed has been amazing from the beginning. I had a lumbar laminectomy and fusion of L4 through S1 with Dr. Ahmed. This surgery was done at the Northeast Methodist hospital in Live Oak, Texas. His staff in his clinic as well as the staff at the hospital were and are amazing! Recovery after surgery was tough, as expected and explained by Dr. Ahmed, in the beginning, but I am three weeks out and I am getting better every day! I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed if you are looking for a neurosurgeon.
