Ronald Flores's Online Review Report Card

Probably the rudest person I have ever met. Doctor or not. Also, should restrict his alcohol intake!

I think that while Dr. Flores is well meaning and his clinic has a long standing history within the Tucson community there were several red flags with my dental checkups and I'm glad he has retired. First, recommending "preventive drilling" for cavities is highly suspect within dentistry and I should have gotten a second opinion since I never have cavities in the first place. My wife also had a crown installed that took several hours where the standard procedure should have only been 30-45 minutes. She still insists that it was improperly done and her bite has never been the same. We suspect that it should have never been done in the first place. If you care for your teeth, take your business elsewhere!

My husband went to see this guy for a couple of crowns. The first one Dr. Flores put in had to be redone right away. It was horrible and painful and my husband couldn't bite down properly. The second one was OK to live with. A year or so went by and the crowns just didn't feel right so he went to another dentist in town to get a second opinion. The new dentist had to redo both crowns done by Flores. It was such a waste of money. I would not recommend this guy at all.

I'm terrified of dentist and I've had horrible experience at every other dentist but everyone here is super nice and explain everything. They don't accept my insurance but most places don't and usually I don't even bother but because of how nice they treated me and my wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back

Didn't even feel like going to a dentist's office. Amazing staff, everyone's got a fantastic bedside manner. Dr. Flores is kind and very personable.

I rarely write reviews but this dentist office is the best. I went to Aspen dental earlier in the day and they quoted a price of over $5,100 for some dental work. I got a second opinion from Dr. Flores and the price was much more reasonable and I never got that car-dealership feeling that I got from Aspen. Everyone at his practice is incredibly nice, gentle and thorough. Paloma is a great hygenist, highly highly recommend. They will be my dentist as long as I live in Tucson!

I've been a client for over 3 years and my experiences at this clinic completely exceed my expectations every time thanks in great part to Dr Flores' superb dental knowledge (over 40 years experience) and professionalism as well as his teams's warmth, empathy and genuine care. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beautiful boutique-like environment, individualized and caring, top of the line quality dental care! As a healthcare professional myself, I know quality healthcare when I see it and this place definitely has it!

I want to say how WONDERFUL Dr. Flores and his staff are. Staff was kind and compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Flores to family and friends.

I'm currently an undergraduate student who will be attending dental school upon attaining my B.S.. I've been shadowing Dr. Flores to get a feel for the profession and to solidify my decision to become a dentist. Dr. Flores is an absolute professional who provides the highest quality of care, and watching his interactions with his patients has made me even more excited to go into this field. He is compassionate towards all of his patients, and he has treated some families for four generations. One major deterrent to me becoming a dentist was the rise of corporate dental firms where profit comes before the patient, and seeing a family dentist who stressed the importance of integrity and quality care has been extremely refreshing. His office is run extremely well, and all of the staff are experts at their trade. Overall, I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Flores for four years, and have been pleased every single time! My kids are 9 and 10 and have been doing cleanings with Paloma (hygienist) for 2 years. They have never dreaded it, as she is incredibly patient and sweet. Dr. Flores provides thorough evaluations, recommendations and overall great dental work. Michelle (the receptionist) is attentive, and works with our schedule to get us in. Always a pleasure going to this clean, organized facility. They are doing a lot of things right!
