There a great facility that truly care about there patients. I see Dr Kerim Odekon mostly in Susan Lane Office on belle mead road and they are generally always pleasant and friendly all the employees there. They actually care and ask me how I am doing and always call to make sure I’m ok and taking my meds. A++++++

I see Dr. Patricia Ng and she is excellent and goes above and beyond to help when I am sick and my many times of need . Great bedside manner and very Competent.

Dr. Hirschfeld treated me with a care and compassion that I see so rarely in urgent care doctors. I came to him presenting psychological and physiological symptoms, which could have led to hospitalization if not managed correctly. He listened to my entire story, treating all of my concerns as valid - considering my biological, emotional, and psychological histories- and he helped me make the choices that were best for me. Thank you, Dr. Hirschfeld.

I have been going to Stonybrook primary care for many years now, and the doctors are the best in their fields. Dr. Stein is the most thorough and caring primary physician I have ever seen. I have many health issues, and he oversees them all. The front desk is the opposite. 7 windows available, yet hardly anyone is ever at them to check you in or out, even though they may be sitting there. I usually do not even get acknowledged and when they finally slide the glass open, they do not greet you very warmly. It's like you're bothering them. The woman who I believe is in charge is probably the most unpleasant. If it wasnt the excellent care I receive by Dr. Stein, and Dr. Fuhrer, I would switch to a doctor with a more caring atmosphere.

They told me the wrong month for my appointment...if you plan to get an appointment here be prepared 3 months in advance...terrible.

Can never get an appointment and all of the other doctors nearby don't have appointments available or they aren't accepting new patients. It's ridiculous. People need to go to the doctors! There ought to be a law.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hirschfeld for 25+ years. Excellent, caring doctor with excellent / helpful support staff. I feel in good hands with Dr. Hirschfeld. He is highly thought of and recommended by other physicians in the area. Unfortunately I left the area 6 months ago and now have to search for another cardiologist as good as Dr. H.

I never can see a doctor! Appointments are always far out. Immediate care for illness is none existent. Im always refered to the ER. I will be looking elsewhere for primary care!
