He was at one time a good doctor. He is now one of the worst. He has become insensitive, cocky, and rude. His course and sarcastic attitude should keep most people away. I would never take a child to him. He has a snarky attitude and offers very little in the way of sound medical advice. Don’t waste your time with him.

I have lived in Palm Springs for 65 years, I’ve been to a ton of doctors, the minute Dr. Western walked into the room I adored him, he is patient, super kind, we share the same birthday lol! One of the best doctors I’ve ever been to in Palm Springs I highly recommend him!

I had been looking for a good doctor since my primary physician retired last year. I tried out Dr. Western and he is the doctor you want to see. Dr. Western is polite, professional and takes the time to explain your medical needs. Thank you Dr. Western and your staff. Keep up the great work.

Doing things the old fashion way. His nurse has been with him for many years. Easy going doctor who still hand writes his charts. He is not that old, but you feel like it's one of those old fashion places we're the doctor has time for you, listens and is not tied up with a big cooperation. We have been patients for over7 years.

Dr. Western is one of the best I've seen in this desert. I was so grateful that his office took me in on such short notice. He is very friendly and making conversation with me unrelated to my health, which made me feel like he was more of a friend than a Dr. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The practice is small and that's the way I like it!!!! The receptionist is top drawer. She is very attentive to all details and, seemingly, can fix ANYthing. Dr. Western himself is quiet, alert and asks all the right questions. Thorough to the nth degree. I feel very comfortable with him and admire his ability to communicate in terms I/we can understand. He is up-to-date, takes his time. I trust him completely.

This doctor expressed a disturbing, unscientific theory about the origins of the coronavirus and indicated that he would not be recommending the vaccine to his patients. This strikes me as irresponsible and dangerous to the health of our community.

I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Western's for over twenty years. He is a kind, knowledgeable Dr. with patience and professionalism. His office girl is a cut above. I highly recommend this office and appreciate them.
