Wow I can’t even begin to tell you how completely angry and upset I am. I share the same experience with other reviewers here. For the last three weeks I have been trying to book an appointment with this doctor. I have made endless phone calls to my referring physician and still no appointment. When I first called I was so turned off by the fact that a doctor would not have a way for new patients to make an appointment but I said well let me follow their rules. My referring physician sent over supporting information weeks ago and still no one from this office has contacted me. So after trying once again today to no avail I have decided this practice will not get a dime of my money. I have a choice a in my healthcare and this sham of a office will not see my hard earned money. DO NOT CHOOSE this practice.

Have been trying to call for 6 days now to get an appointment, completely unethical for a dr to not even reach out to a patient for almost a week. It’s been 2 months and still no diagnosis and these Long Island drs don’t care.

She was hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen. If I could give her 0 stars I would. She did not listen to anything I said, kept talking over me and mocking me, and offered absolutely no diagnosis or even any attempt at testing to reach a diagnosis. Complete waste of my time and money.

DO NOT GO TO SUSAN DONELAN EVER. She was extraordinarily rude and incompetant. I am a college student with text-book lyme disease symptoms she wrote me off as a dramatic hypochondriac before she ever spoke to me. She refused to test me any further and instead suggested that I "should drop out of college because it was maybe just a tad to hard for me". Had she actually listened to what I was saying to her I would have gotten antibiotics in time unfortunately I now have chronic lyme disease that will never go away completely.
