Dr. Tan is nice and a good doc in the office. But Katy Internal Medicine is bad for patients. They have a terrible after-hours policy. They treat every single call the same way: “Go to the hospital.” And they are always pissed off that you even called, so when they call you back, they interrupt you, yell at you, and tell you to go the hospital, no matter the problem. They have no interest in helping sick patients after business hours and we are looking for a better primary care practice.

I started going to Dr. Tan last year when my PCP for many years passed away. I work in a Dermatology Practice and I found Dr. Tan to be very pleasant and she took alot of time with me. I have been very satisfied with this doctor and I am in and out quickley

Dr. Tan is one of the top two doctors I have been treated by in my nearly 69 years on this earth. Twice she has spotted potentially damaging health issues that have been successfully treated. She is more thorough and patient than anyone else I have visited. I'm truly grateful that we have her as a resource in Katy, Tx!

Extremely arrogant, did not explain my medical condition or treatment options to me. Seemed very annoyed when I asked questions. Attitude and demeanor was very rude. Acted like she was better than me. Would never go to this doctor again.

This doctor spoke to me in such a condescending manner. She was very rude when I asked her questions. She could not explain my illness to me properly, and I questioned whether she understood it herself. She rushed out of the appointment as quickly as possible and seemed bothered that she had to see me. This was my first and only appointment with Dr. Tan. I was looking for a new primary care doctor, and hoped I had found one. Now I have to start all over again to find one. I have a lot of illnesses and this is hard for me to do. I wonder how such careless people become doctors? It's sad for patients everywhere.
