He is very clinical and lacks that personality trait where someone interacts with you in a a personable manner. In other words, he lacks basic interpersonal skills. Example: Thanked him for the fact I got better after an illness. He didn’t say “you are welcome” …he said nothing. He is also very difficult reach by phone if you need to speak to him. I mean in terms of getting a return call. It’s as if he doesn’t care if you need his medical input. His response is frequently dead silence about things. Asked him about lab results and said “Have you ever seen this before” and he says nothing. No words. Absolutely no response. You are a number to him. Not a real person.

Impressed with location and condition of the doctors office. Office staff and employees all very helpful. Doctor Hathaway is very personable and took great care in answering any concerns that I had. I am confident that I am in good hands with Dr Hathaway.

I moved from my previous PC because I saw a different PA or NPP every visit and needed more consistency. Dr Hathaway was patient with my concerns and, in the year or so since I’ve joined, I’ve found the practice to be responsive to patient portal communication.

My old doctor left and Hathaway replaced him. Saw Hathaway for the first time and he was extremely in a hurry and acted annoyed that I was discussing my health and was rude.

HE SAW ME ONCE , THEN I ONLY SAW NURSE PRACTIONERS AFTER THAT, THEN MOVED HIS PRACTICE WITHOUT LETTING ANY OF HIS PATIENTS KNOW WHERE HE WAS GOING. THIS IS ALMOST LIKE ABANDONMENT. NOT PROFESSIONAL OR CARING

Dr. Hathaway has accepted a position with Crouse Medical Practice at Brittonfield. He starts there in April.

Does anyone know where Dr. Hathaway has gone? He resigned from North Taft with his last day on Feb 13. I have heard he has accepted a position in the Syracuse area but unable to locate his next employment. Our family loves Dr. Hathaway and are very upset he is no longer at North Taft but we will follow him if we can find out his new location. Thank you..
