Charles Miller's Online Review Report Card

For IVF, this office is poorly run, the nursing staff gives no overall guidance and wasted over six months of my start time jumping thru hoops to complete a checklist, which was never clearly outlined on the upfront and became random and endless. The staff just wasted valuable time without care or apology. I honestly thought they were trying to push me away. I have never seen such constant chaos and disarray in a medical office. Their approach is random with "nurse of the day"  and only one way communication - a text from a portal after 3p -- when their office is closed.  If you need help, everything is done through voicemail with long delayed responses. In six months, I may have had an actual conversation with a nurse twice and lasted no more than a minute because they're so rushed to move on to the next thing.  I was not their priority.  In one experience, through a 3p portal message, I was assigned a Medication for that same evening and I didn't have it because they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. As a result, my IVF cycle was a failure -- no apologies, no compassion, no care. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

First time visit as a new patient, receptionist was rude, with attitude and treated me like I am stupid, she need to learn how to talk to customer to have a CSR job. Even if the doctor is great I would not like to deal with his staff and pay part of her salary . So I left and did not see the Doctor there are more physician with decent staff members.

if i could; give a negative star i would--  Charles miller did my surgery and removed my right ovary and appendix due to endo -  after walking every hour on the hour at 10 pm that night i told the nurse i just wanted to sleep - i;m tired in pain and cant anymore  -- he then came in my room yelling so all could hear -  QUOTE  my patients don't have pain   unquote he also was to :help with my menstrual pain with some nerve therapy -m   he must have made a mistake as still ahs pain every  month yet could not tell when i have to pee,,, in y opinion  the worst of the worst --- didn't even go back after discharge

Dr Miller is amazing! He is so thorough and his protocols work. I had my rainbow baby just after a year after my first appointment with him...I could not have imagined such quick success after miscarrying three times in a row before I saw him. Other OB’s brushed off my losses but he wants all of his patients to have success!

Dr. Miller is so smart! Thanks to him we have a 1 week old perfect little boy! Courtney & Annette were always so great at explaining everything during ultrasounds and Fanny was always pleasant to chat with during blood draws! I can't recommend this place enough!

I recommend Dr. Miller, after being told I would never be able to get pregnant, Dr. Miller made it happen through IVF. He does not take chances, he does a full protocol on every patient. I trust him so much, we have decided to implant a frozen embryo. It was a super long and frustrating process but thanks to Dr. Miller, I now have a healthy 2 year old.

Been trying to have a baby for 10 years due to narrow/blocked tubes. I graduated today from Dr Miller’s office because he and the staff are amazing! I will never forget everyone and I am so blessed I had to opportunity to be his patient. 7 weeks 2 days today!!!!

my boy girl twins who are 2 and a half would not be possible if it was not for Dr. Miller. they are my miricale fresh donor egg babies.

Dr. Miller was our fertility specialist back in the day at Lutheran General Hospital. my husband and I quickly fell in love with him. We appreciate him so much.

We LOVE Doctor Miller. He is amazing! My twin boys, one who is named Charlie after the person who helped us make our dreams of a family come true!) are 10 and going strong. The staff was very caring and helpful and we are so grateful to them for helping us realize our dream of having a family.
