I have been a patient of Dr. Adiletta’s for the past three years and he is the best primary care physician I have ever had. My appointments are never rushed and he takes the time to explain his findings in layman’s terms. When an issue arises he listens to my concerns, answers all of my questions, and refers me to a specialist if necessary. If you are looking for a primary care physician Dr. Adiletta at CNY Family Care is amazing.

I met Dr Adiletta several weeks ago and for the fitst time. He was cordial and professional. He diagnosed my gout in very quick fashion. Our exchange was a discussion with him making the medical decisions. I would not hesitate to see him again when I need medical help.

Dr. Adiletta is intelligent, empathetic, and extremely thorough. I had symptoms that I have been living with for years, and I had multiple other physicians brush it off and tell me that it was nothing. Dr. Adiletta quickly identified that my symptoms might mean something is going on. The blood work he ordered confirmed his suspicions and he referred me to a specialist. I am feeling much better now that I have a diagnosis and am being medically managed. I am so grateful that Dr. Adiletta was smart and thorough enough to catch it!

Does not listen although acts like he is. If you call to ask a simple question you have to call multiple times and still don't get a real answer and you are told that you have been disrespectful to his staff. I had to practically beg to get a simple vitamin test for a deficiency that I have had my whole life and received prescription for, but he refused to listen or look at my previous records.

I went in for an acute issue with my shoulder Saturday morning. The receptionist that took the call got me in in less than a couple hours of my call. The doctor was amazing he took the time to assess and explain his thoughts. He then treated me and requested a call with an update! Very impressed by his care and thoughtful nature in treating me as a patient. I felt like he did a great job of making me feel like he cared about my well being. Kudos to a job well done!
