Dr Saari really listens to her patients and takes time to answer questions thoroughly. I have never felt rushed at my appointments. I was pretty lax with my healthcare before I started seeing her. She didn’t lecture me about what I should have been doing but instead, in a very positive way she prescribed some minimal medications that have really made a difference in both my physical and mental health. She also has a great sense of humor- very quick witted. I actually look forward to my visits with her.

Dr Saarie is a great dr she listens and doesn't rush you. She is easy to tell your worries and feelings to. I have been with her about 10 years now and will stay with her for many more!

Firstly, I love CNY Family Care as a whole. My primary care with them is Dr. Saarie, but everyone is fantastic. I have a fair amount of medical anxiety and Dr. Saarie and her team of nurses are all fantastic in explaining things to me, listening, and calming my fears. The ease of getting into the office with their evening and weekend hours keeps me from needing to use urgent care and gets me in to a facility I'm comfortable with. They also have imaging and labs attached with to them if needed! Dr. Saarie herself is a bubbly woman with a great bedside manner! All doctor's office's get behind sometimes, and even when this happens she never rushes you when it's your time. I've never felt like she was running to get out of the room to the next person. She also cares about what is going on in your life outside of medical health, which is so important when dealign with mental health concerns. I can't say enough about her and the team at CNY!

Dr Saarie unceremoniously decided to drop my mother from their practice without any warning, even though she was not my mothers doctor. This left my mother without critical medication for approximately 1 month which is dangerous and criminal in my opinion.

Dr. Saarie is the best PCP in Syracuse. She has been my family doctor for over 0 years. She is patient (customer) focused. She gives you the time to discuss why you are there for an appointment, and anything else going on in life. Excellent physician.
