I was misdiagnosed not once, but twice for two separate issues. The first was a misdiagnosis for hypothyroidism- one of the PA’s put me on meds that made me so sick and when I told her how I was feeling she laughed in my face. I tried to transfer to a different location and it took 2 weeks before I heard anything and had to call. The administrator hung up on me twice. I got in to Beittonfield and was misdiagnosed again, this time for a rash and was again given meds that made the issue worse and no one would listen when I told them this. I ended up going to WellNow and they looked at me for 5 minutes and immediately knew what was wrong. Crouse needs to train their staff better.

Dr Jeffrey Lape and Melissa are top notch , they have gone above and beyound to help my brother that has a learning disability threw medical issues . THey are kind , patient and amazing follow up.
